The AUG A2 is an assault rifle featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. It is available for use by IQ and Wamai.
Situations and Terrorist Hunt
In the Neutralize Cell Situation, the character plays as IQ equipped with an AUG A2 and a P12 as a sidearm. In these game modes, Terrorists often use this weapon quite frequently.
Overview
The AUG A2 is a Jack-of-all-Trades assault rifle thanks to its manageable fire rate of 720. This allows it to perform well against other submachine guns while still being manageable enough to control the recoil of this gun.

Trivia
- Upon completing the Article 5 situation, the Bartlett University weapon skin is unlocked for the AUG A2.
- The loadout icon of the AUG A2 depicts it with a STANAG magazine, even though the AUG A2 uses the proprietary AUG magazine in-game.
