Alpha Packs are a feature of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. They contain cosmetic items that allow players to customize their Operator with Uniforms,Headgear, Charms, or Weapon Skins.
In order to obtain a pack, players must win a match, afterwhich the game will decide to award you a pack or not. If not, two percentages will be added to your chance of obtaining a match next win. If you lost the match, you will gain one and a half percentages anyway. While playing Ranked, losing will award you two percentages, and winning, three percentages. Season Pass owners receive 0.3 extra percentages at all times. Leaving a match early will not award any percentages.

Trivia
- Many players believe that in order to obtain an Alpha Pack, they must wait for the end of the match to complete and wait for the wheel to spin. This is false; your chances of winning the Alpha Pack are predetermined, and any renown or percentages to gaining the pack that are acquired will be given to you regardless of how long you wait.
