Biopsy is a mission objective featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction. It tasks players with performing a Takedown on an Elite Archæan in order to collect a sample.
Overview[]
At the start of the subzone, players are tasked with locating three Elite Archæans with Recon devices, abilities, or by line-of-sight. Unlike normal variants, Elites are faster, deal more damage, and have more health. The enemy tier of an Elite will be determined by the difficulty level.
Once located, players must perform a Takedown on the Elites with the REACT Blade. Takdowns may only be performed if the Elite is unalerted or if they are stunned. The objective will be complete once all three Elites have been killed with a Takedown. On solo play, only one Elite will need to be killed with a Takedown. Should the Elite be killed by a method other than a Takedown, the objective will fail.
