- "Fully automatic pistol that is effective at short range, and uses a spare mag as foregrip for more control."
— In-game description
The CZ-75 pistol was introduced in 1975. A fully-automatic version CZ 75 Automatic was introduced in 1992 for law enforcement and military use.
In game the C75 Auto features somewhat harsh recoil and fairly high rate of fire. It is distinctly different from other machine pistols as its customization is very limited: it can only be fitted with a supressor and is limited to iron sights only. However, the weapon has a lower rate of fire than most other weapons of this type making it somewhat more controllable as a machine pistol.
- The actual suppressed damage of the C75 Auto is 27 points instead of the advertised 29 points, giving the gun the exact same damage curve as the SMG-12 except with a significantly lower fire rate.
- Mozzie's P10 RONI is related to this machine pistol by sharing a common ancestral design.
