- "Canadian assault rifle with both semi-automatic and fully automatic fire modes. Integrated heavy barrel for good recoil control."
— In-game description
The C7 is a Canadian-made version of the M16A2, made by Diemaco and later Colt Canada after Colt acquired the company. For the most part, the C7 functions and looks very similarly to it's American counterpart, except that it trades out the M16's 3 burst-fire mode for full-auto.
In-game, the variant designated as the C7E is a powerful, versatile weapon due to its damage model, which allows it to function and work well at any range. However, Its hipfire accuracy leaves something to be desired. A small perk to this rifle is the marginarly faster reload compared to it's bretheren. It also features a significantly more controllable recoil.
- The C7E is modelled after the Netherlands C7NLD equipped with a Magpul PRS Stock and PMAGs with Ranger Plates, the rear iron sight is the Troy Industries Dioptic Folding Sight.
