- "The more we learn about the Parasite, the more I doubt we fully understand it. We keep getting new intel from them. What if they're getting intel on us? Then their growth is a direct response to our actions, and only we can get ourselves out of this. There's no other way. Activating Crisis Protocol."

Crisis Events are themed limited-time events featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction. They introduce post-launch content including new Operators, gadgets, exclusive studies, themed cosmetics, and lore entries.[1].
Overview[]
When active, Crisis Events replace Assignments within the game's menu. In each event, players are tasked with completing a special objective with unique Parasite Mutations. Each Crisis Event introduces exclusive Studies that are only available for the duration of the event. Completing these studies will reward players with XP, exclusive cosmetics, and gadgets. Should players not complete a study associated with a gadget at the conclusion of an event, they can only unlock them with REACT Credits in the in-game store.
