BiographyEdit

Francos Rimbaud is an arms dealer based in Paris France. He has worked with terror groups and militias all over the world. His newest client is the Global Liberation Front who he has been furnishing with heavy weaponry including RPGs and assault rifles. On July 11, 2009, Rimbaud had brokered an arms deal with the leader of Calais GLF cell, Herman Krieger at the Calais docks.

Rainbow learned of this deal after interrogating Derek Mergen and coordinated with the GIGN to stop the deal. After successfully interrupting the deal, Rimbaud and Krieger escaped and hijacked a channel ferry that was headed for England. Both men took the ferry passengers hostage and planted a bomb to deter rescue attempts. Despite this, Domingo Chavez and his team were successful in stopping them and saving the ferry.
