The HK69A1 is a break-action, breech-loaded, single-shot grenade launcher that is manufactured by the German Heckler and Koch manufacturing company. It fires a 40x46mm grenade, and has a firing range of about 50-350 meters. The HK69A1 was designed in 1979 for military and police forces due to the launcher being able to fire standard grenade shells, smoke shells, and flares.
The weapon is featured in several installments of the Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Franchise and is desigbated the GL69A.
