- "Effective medium-range AR with custom shoulder stock, front hand guard, and flat upper rail."
— In-game description
The Beryl M762 is a proposed export variant of the FB Beryl that is chambered for 7.62×39mm cartridges.
In-game, the M762 can take out every Operator Armor Type with up to three bullets within its maximum damage range of 25-metres. The default recoil leaves something to be desired if it's not taken care of properly.
- The in-game model is heavily customized with aftermarket parts such as a HERA Arms CQR stock, custom railed dust cover and a Midwest Industries Extended Handguard.
- At the time of the M762's introduction, there were no HERA Arms CQR stocks compatible with AK pattern rifles. The stock being on the weapon was likely inspired by a photoshop someone did of the stock applied to an Arsenal SLR-107FR, which, coincidentally enough, also had an identical handguard to the in-game model. Nowadays, there are CQR stocks designed for AK-pattern rifles.
