The MAC-11 (Military Armament Corporation Model 11) is a subcompact variant of the MAC-10 machine pistol. The MAC-11 is a machine pistol manufactured by the Military Armament Corporation that chambers the .380 ACP round.
The MAC-11 is categorized as a submachine gun in the Rainbow Six franchise. Two discernable variants of the MAC-11 in the Rainbow Six universe. One variant is the M11/9, a variant chambered for 9×19mm Parabellum. The SMG-11 is a custom variant, chambered in .45 ACP like the full-sized version, the MAC-10.

Rainbow Six 3 & Black Arrow[]
The MAC 11/9 is a weapon featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 (Console) and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow.
The MAC-11 in-game can be used as a primary and secondary weapon. If the weapon is used as a primary, the weapon will be equipped with a suppressor and the folding stock of the weapon will be extended. If it's used as a secondary weapon, the weapon will not have a suppressor, and the stock will be folded. The player could hold both configurations in both weapon slots. Terrorists use both configurations as well.

Lockdown[]
- "Made in the United States, this machine pistol's high rate of fire and automatic only fire mode makes this a perfect choice for close coombat situations. The CM 11/9 dooes not support attachments."

Vegas 1 & 2[]
The M11 is a weapon featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2.
Story and Terrorist Hunt[]
The firearm does not have a fire selector and is only limited to full auto fire exclusively. It's a rather forgettable SMG due to its high muzzle climb because of the full auto fire, and mediocre stats.

Siege[]
- "Small sized submachine gun with a high rate of fire. Lethal package in disciplined hands."
— In-game description
The SMG-11 is a weapon featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. It is available for use by the Defend Recruits, Smoke, Mute, Amaru, and Solis.
Overview[]
The SMG-11 is a fast firing weapon with incredibly high damage output, but comes with the downsides of an unstable recoil pattern and a very small magazine size of 16+1. This means that while it dominates in close quarters, it struggles at long range without tap firing.
The Flash Hider and Compensator both effectively tighten the horizontal spread of the 2nd to 4th shots. The Flash Hider is the superior attachment however as it significantly reduces the vertical kick of the first shot, while the difference in the recoil of the 5th to 17th shots is negligible.
Pros[]
- Very high rate of fire
- Very high damage output
Cons[]
- High vertical recoil
- Low magazine capacity
- Low reserve ammo

Extraction[]
- "Small sized submachine gun with a high rate of fire. Lethal package in disciplined hands."
— In-game description
The SMG-11 is a weapon featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction. It is available for use by Sledge at Operator level 3 and by Smoke at Operator level 6.
Overview[]
The SMG-11 performs in a similar manner as its counterpart in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. It is a fast firing weapon with incredibly high damage output. Its unstable recoil and small magazine will cause it to struggle at long range without tap firing. This can be somewhat mitigated by equipping the Compensator to effectively tighten the horizontal spread.
Pros[]
- Very high rate of fire
- Very high damage output
Cons[]
- High vertical recoil
- Low magazine capacity
- Low reserve ammo

Trivia[]
Vegas 1 & 2[]
- The M11 in-game is modelled after a semi-auto civilian variant of the MAC-11. The closed bolt of the weapon is the telltale sign.
- There is a strange animation that plays when attaching a suppressor to the weapon. The suppressor is not actually screwed to the barrel's threading and is rather put a small distance before it. When the player takes off the suppressor, the suppressor is seen being threaded correctly off the barrel, even though it was never there in the first place.
- If a player aims down the sights of the M11, the sights are actually misaligned. The rear sight is too far down, and in reality, this would mean that shot placement would be higher than where you aimed.
Siege[]
- The SMG-11 has a side-folding stock that is similar to the one on a Mini Uzi, instead of the telescopic stock used on a regular MAC-11.
- The name SMG-11 is also used in Watch_Dogs, another game developed by Ubisoft.
- The SMG-11 in reality fires in an open bolt configuration, meaning that one in the chamber would be impossible, unlike the in-game counterpart, which holds one in the chamber. This error is shared with other guns with an open-bolt configuration.
- The SMG-11 has the characteristics of a normal MAC-11, but has the upper receiver of a Masterpiece Arms MPA10SST, chambered in .45 ACP like its larger cousin, the MAC-10, denoted by the shape of the ejection port.[1]
- The model appears to be using the 32-round magazine of the MAC-11, even though it has a capacity of only 16 rounds. However, the SMG-12 utilizes it's 32-round capacity.
- The SMG-11 boasts the highest DPS out of any current weapon at a whopping 740.83 DPS.
- The stock is folded when holstered and unfolded when out.
