− | The SMG-11 is a weapon featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. It is available for use by the SAS Recruits and the Operators Sledge and Smoke. |
− | |||
− | ===Situations=== |

− | In the Asset Protection Situation, the player plays as the operator Smoke equipped with an M590A1 and an SMG-11 as a sidearm. It has a Reflex Sight and a Compensator as its attachments. |
− | |||
− | ===Characteristics=== |
− | The SMG-11 is a fast firing but unstable weapon, as it's recoil kick is, by all means, all over the place. The upside to this recoil is that it thrives in close quarters. Consequently, however, it's incredibly difficult to control at long range. |

− | ==Trivia== |
− | Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 1 & 2 |
− | *The M11 in-game is modelled after a semi-auto civilian variant of the MAC-11. The closed bolt of the weapon is the telltale sign. |
− | *There is a strange animation that plays when attaching a suppressor to the weapon. The suppressor is not actually screwed to the barrel's threading and is rather put a small distance before it. When the player takes off the suppressor, the suppressor is seen being threaded correctly off the barrel, even though it was never there in the first place. |
− | *If a player aims down the sights of the M11, the sights are actually misaligned. The rear sight is too far down, and in reality, this would mean that shot placement would be higher than where you aimed. |
− | |||
− | Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege |
− | *The charging handle of the SMG-11 has been relocated to the side in-game, and a top rail has been added to it too. In this way, it looks like the configuration of the MAC-10 that was used in Battlefield Hardline. |
− | *The SMG-11 has a side-folding stock that is similar to the one in a Mini Uzi, instead of the telescopic stock used in an MAC-11. |
− | *The name of the SMG-11 is a reference to Watch_Dogs, another game developed by Ubisoft. |
− | *The SMG-11 in reality fires in an open bolt configuration, meaning that one in the chamber would be impossible, unlike the in-game counterpart, which holds one in the chamber. |
