"Close to mid-range 9mm submachine gun, medium to high penetration."
— In-game description

The MPX is a submachine gun featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. It was introduced in the Operation Dust Line expansion pack and is available for use by the Navy SEALs Operator Valkyrie and the Secret Service Operator Warden.[1][2]

Overview

The SIG MPX is a gas-operated submachine gun primarily chambered in 9×19mm. It is the first submachine gun to feature a fully closed and rotating bolt and piston system.

In-game, the MPX is similar to the MP5, but it sacrifices damage and a bit of recoil control for a higher rate of fire. Marginally better in close-range engagements, the MPX is a Jack-of-all-Trades submachine gun.
