The Dragunov SVU in reality
The Dragunov SVU (also known as the OTs-03 SVU) is a bullpup semi-automatic sniper rifle manufactured by the KBP Instrument Design Bureau that chambers the 7.62x54mmR round. The SVU is essentially a SVD Dragunov built in a bullpup configuration.[1]
The OTs-03 is categorized as a marksman rifle in the Rainbow Six universe. The OTs-03 only appears in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.

The OTs-03 is a marksman rifle featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege. It is available for use by the Operator Glaz. As a weapon exclusive to its Operator, the weapon comes with an irremovable Flip Sight by default.
Characteristics
The OTs-03 can easily take down enemies in just two body shots or a single headshot. It can also pierce through Castle Armored Panels and the bulletproof windows on the Presidential Plane. It's also relatively easy to control and has a decent fire rate.
However, a major downside for this weapon is its limited amount of reserve ammo in PVP, being 41 rounds for multiplayer, thus requiring the player to carefully place their shots.
