Operation Lockdown is the final mission in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Lockdown. It is the fourteenth mission on Xbox and the sixteenth mission on the PlayStation 2. Its PC counterpart is Castle.

John Clark - Intel has interrogated a few of the captured GLF terrorists. Vanderwaal knows that we're after him, he's going to try to escape and get back to the mainland. He intends to deploy the remaining nano virus somewhere in Europe. If Vanderwaal can get it into a water system, he'll kill millions of innocent people. I want this son of a bitch dead!
First, secure the airstrip. Then move into the castle and secure the area. There's a biolab onsite where the GLF have been developing Legion. Find and secure the lab. Locate and neutralize Vanderwaal.
As you're aware, we've suffered some casualties. McAllen and Yacoby are in critical condition and at this point it could go either way for them. If that makes this a revenge mission for any of you, fine, whatever helps you get the job done. The important thing is that Vanderwaal can't be allowed to get off the ground. We've got reports of tangos inbound so be ready for enemy aircraft.
