Biography[]

Santiago Arnavisca was born in Málaga, Spain on January 1, 1966. He was the second youngest son in a family of eights with his eldest brother being a deputy in the Adalucian Parliament. Although the family's holdings were greatly reduced under Franco's rule, the Arnaviscas still control large tracts of farmland around Córdoba and the Guadalquivir river valley. From 1983 to 1988, Arnavisca attended the University of Seville. Upon graduation, he joined the Guardia Civil.

Arnavisca served as a bridge commander from 1994 to 1996 in the Western European Union administration of Mostar in Bosnia where he was instrumental in rebuilding the local police force. In 1997, Arnavisca was recruited by the Guardia Civil's counter-terrorism unit, the Unidad Especial de Intervención (UEI) as part of their focus on the growing threat of terrorist action within the European Union by former citizens of Yugoslavia. His actions in UEI eventually led to his recruitment by Rainbow in 1999.

EndWar[]

In an alternate timeline, Arnavisca was an operative of Rainbow until 2019 when it was disbanded by order of the European Federation. With the breakout of World War III in 2020, he susequently joined the European Federation Enforcer Corps (EFEC). Arnavisca was later promoted to the rank of Colonel and became the commander to the Enforcer Battlegroup 8. Arnavisca's passion and understanding for languages caused him to excel within the EFEC.

Psychological Profile[]

Arnavisca has competed in shooting competitions since he was a child and is an expert marksman. He speaks English, German and Italian fluently, as well as his native Spanish, and can make himself understood in most other European languages. Despite his aristocratic bearing, he is more comfortable acting as a lieutenant advisor than a team lead. Extremely tenacious in combat, he has a reputation for maintaining an air of calm detachment no matter how tense the situation.
