The Spear .308 is an assault rifle set to be featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege in the Operation Chimera expansion pack. It is available for use by the Operator Finka.[1]
Overview
The Saritch (Russian: Сарыч) is a concept bullpup rifle. It was designed by design school student Andrei Ovsyannikov (as a part of his graduation design project) as a modular civilian carbine, with semi-automatic fire and 10-round magazines. Military versions were also conceived with 30 round magazines and automatic fire. However, nothing really came out of the idea and no functional models exist, as the only model of the concept was a mock-up.[2][3]
In game, designated as the Spear .308, this assault rifle has a fairly standard damage model, being able to down Light Armored and Medium Armored Operators in three shots and Heavy Armored Operators in four within its optimum range.

Trivia
- Previously, the Spear .308's stated rate of fire was inaccurate at 780 RPM, while it's actual rate of fire in-game is closer to 700 RPM.[4][5] This has since been fixed.
