Spontaneous Sludge Codex

INDEX Analysis:
Field reports indicate the spontaneous formation of fractional Sludge Archeans from the remains of other neutralized variants.

Fractional Sludge can join and form into full-fledged Sludge variants will all inherent abilities. Capable of fractioning and reforming until destroyed (Cross-Ref: Sludge]. (INSERT: IQ - I won't lie. The first time I saw this, it freaked me out.)

EXTRAPOLATIONS:
Sample studies have found significant unexplained anomalies in the Sprawl cells taken from spontaneous sludge. Possibly of most significance, these cells show no signs of senescence.

Expanding on lack of senescence: Dating of these samples has proven difficult. Fractional energy density suggests they are over 16 billion years old which is inconsistent with current models of the universe. Inconclusive. (INSERT: Mira - That can't be right. This organism has been around for... forever? )

ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOLS:
Archeans that are neutralized by targeted weak points will "obliterate" into component molecules, not pools of Sprawl, making Sludge generation impossible.
