- "Semi-automatic shotgun with a 10-round magazine. Optimal for CQB and is suppressor capable."
— In-game description
The MKA 1919 is a Turkish gas-operated semi-automatic magazine-fed shotgun resembling the M16 that mimics its layout and controls manufactured by Akdal Arms.
In-game, designated as the TCSG12, this shotgun, like the BOSG.12.2 and the ACS12, fires single slugs that have a long range and are capable of headshots. Its lower damage is made up for the magazine size and attachment options, making this gun comparable to Marksman Rifles in practical usage. Typical of shotguns, the TCSG12 has somewhat high vertical recoil, but the random spread is minimal. The TCSG12 can take down Light and Medium Armored Operators in two shots while Heavy Armored Operators require an additional slug.
The TCSG12 features high damage potential akin to the BOSG.12.2, being able to destroy unreinforced hatches in a few shots; the actual damage potential depends on the number of hatch "beams" the slug goes through, so a flat angle minimizes the number of shots needed. It is also capable of destroying the "wooden beams" in double-layered walls if properly aimed.
- High damage per shot
- Versatile attachments
- High destruction/penetration
- High vertical recoil kick per shot
- Low magazine capacity
