Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege features a total of 48 achievements on Xbox One and 49 trophies on Playstation 4, the extra being the Platinum trophy. All achievements and trophies are obtained upon the completion of certain objectives.
On June 11, 2019, 22 achievements/trophies were completely replaced and are no longer able to be obtained. Of the remaining original 26 achievements/trophies, only 14 of them did not receive a change in their image, description, or criteria.
